For five years, I served as Capital One's design 'arm' for its Human Resources department, creating various devices including advertising, posters/signage, a screensaver for tellers and bank personnel, trade show exhibit booths, 'job cards,' internal (confidential) documents, and culminating with a 90-page casebound book, Capital One's 'application' to the Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For.
